What is your shipping policy?

We ship Monday-Friday only. We aim to ship the products within 1-3 business days, but it is not guaranteed. Friday orders placed after noon (PST time zone) will be shipped within the next two business days. Orders usually take 5-7 business days to arrive. We do not guarantee any shipping time, once the package leaves our possession we have no control. We will fix issues but we cannot control late packages from the shipping services.

What is your return policy?

You may return unopened products in original packaging within 30 days from the date which the order was placed, for a refund of the purchase price. Only qualified, unopened, unused items that are in the original packaging may be returned for a refund.
