We are currently available on through the Placer Farmer’s Market Place, delivering fresh mushrooms to the greater Sacramento region. You can purchase our mushrooms at Newcastle Produce, The Auburn Bodega, Laughing Duck Farm, and Elliots Natural Foods. And you can find amazing dishes prepared with our mushrooms at Red’s Bistro.
 

How do you grow your mushrooms?

We grow most of our mushrooms on sawdust substrate which is locally sourced. We hand pack every bag, and ensure quality from spawn to sale.
