SumMer 2020

Well it’s been pure hectic to say the least! With Covid 19 shutting down restaurants and markets it’s been a real challenge trying to figure out how to adapt and diversify. But one has to remain optimistic that things will get better soon! Not to mention this summer heat !!! It’s been consistently over 100 degrees making the fruiting room a mess! Running the ac dries out the humidity so it’s extremely hard to keep the balance of cooler temperatures and high humidity . Like I said keep your chin up and persevere, you live and learn everyday!
